TeraContext.AI runs a deliberately simple, static website. We don't track you, and we collect only the information you choose to send us. This policy explains exactly what that means, and your rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR.

Who We Are (Data Controller)

TeraContext.AI, a product line of Joshua8.AI with offices in McLean, VA and Rehoboth Beach, DE, USA, is the controller of the limited personal data described below. Contact: [email protected].

What We Collect

This site has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and scripts (including our on-site search) are served from our own domain, so simply viewing the site does not send your data to advertising, analytics, or content-delivery third parties. We do not build profiles of visitors.

• Information you email us. Our contact links open your own email app. If you email us (for example, at [email protected]), we receive whatever you choose to include—typically your name, email address, company, and message. If you ask us for an Early Access demo, that may include details you share about your projects and team.
• Standard server logs. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, processes routine request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. This is handled by Cloudflare as our processor under its own terms.

How We Use It and Our Legal Basis

• To read and respond to messages you send us (including scheduling and preparing demos) — legal basis: our legitimate interests in handling enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or steps toward a contract where relevant (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site available and secure (server logs, via our host) — legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising or automated decision-making.

Sharing

We don't share the information you send us, except with the service providers that help us operate (our website host, Cloudflare, and our email provider), with our parent company Joshua8.AI where needed to respond to your enquiry, or where required by law.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and our host and email provider process data in the US. If you contact us or visit from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, your data may be transferred to the US. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers).

How Long We Keep It

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our host for security and operational purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent. Because we only hold what you've emailed us, we can act on these quickly—email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

If we add features that collect data—for example, a contact form or analytics—we'll update this policy before or when we do.
